I personally hate grinding, so i aim to stacks beads smooth enough i dont have to do much with it, lol... but when I have to, I go with a rotary file on the toes, and a grinding wheel to smooth it. We dont get flapdiscs at work, but those are what i use at home, leaves a great smooth shiny finish.
